OJE work on various projects and issues all the time for the betterment of our society. Example(s) of the current issue we are working on:
Must stop the elimination of family reunion immigration categories
We must work together to strongly urge federal legislators to stop the elimination of family reunion immigration categories in the current immigration reform. We are really concerned since they propose that family reunion immigration categories, exactly siblings and married children over 31 (90,000 visas annually or 40% of the total family reunion immigration visas), be eliminated at the expense of legal residents especially Asian Americans.

Please sign the petition in opposing to public co-ed bathrooms and showers
In an attempt to preserve fundamental interests in privacy, maintain public safety, and establish continued uniformity in building codes, we are in a coalition of parents, students, nonprofit and faith groups launching an initiative -- the Personal Privacy Protection Act. The coalition is Privacy For All.
